What's the Commercial Inspection process?
Our commercial inspection workflow is built to support property managers, business owners, and facility teams with a transparent, streamlined approach from first contact to final reporting.

Below, you’ll see each stage of the process clearly outlined so you know how TrueSight K9s provides a high-accuracy, non-invasive solution that outperforms conventional commercial mold assessment methods—while keeping your operations running smoothly.
1st Step

Email Your Commercial Inspection Request
Begin by completing our online New Client Form or emailing us at truesightk9s@gmail.com.
In the message, please include the type of business you operate, the building’s approximate square footage, number of rooms or units, and a description of the concerns prompting the inspection. This information allows us to quickly assess project scope and prepare for the unique requirements of your facility.
2nd Step
Scope Review, Service Area Confirmation & Scheduling
Our team reviews your email to confirm service area coverage and evaluate the size and complexity of the commercial space. We then contact your designated representative to discuss site logistics, operational constraints, and inspection objectives. During this step, we finalize the service agreement, collect the inspection deposit, and secure a date and time that minimizes disruption to your business operations.

3rd Step

On-Site Inspection & K9 Detection Sweep
Upon arrival, we conduct a walkthrough with your facility lead, using diagnostic tools—thermal imaging, moisture meters, and boroscopes—to identify potential structural or environmental hotspots. After verifying the environment is safe and suitable for a detection dog, our trained K9 performs a comprehensive sweep of designated areas. Before we depart, we provide an on-site verbal briefing summarizing initial findings, areas of concern, and any urgent recommendations.
4th Step
Receive Your Comprehensive Commercial Inspection Report
Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed written report tailored for commercial documentation standards. This includes area-by-area findings, diagnostic readings, K9 indications, annotated photos, and recommended next steps. The report is formatted to support internal risk management, insurance needs, remediation planning, and compliance requirements.
