Our residential inspection process is designed to be transparent and easy-to-understand—giving you confidence from the moment you book to the moment our K9 team arrives.

Below, you’ll find each step outlined so you know exactly what to expect and how TrueSight K9s delivers a smoother, cleaner experience than traditional mold inspections.
1st Step

Fill out New Client Form
Start by completing our online New Client Form, which gathers the essential details about your home, concerns, and any known mold symptoms. This helps us understand your situation before we arrive. Once submitted, our team immediately reviews your request to begin the scheduling process.
2nd Step
We Review, Confirm Service Area, & Finalize Your Booking
Our team reviews your information to confirm your location is within our service area and assess the severity of your mold concerns. We then contact you to discuss availability, answer initial questions, and finalize your appointment. During this step, you’ll provide the inspection deposit and sign the Mold Inspection Service Agreement.

3rd Step

On-Site Inspection & K9 Detection Sweep
We begin with a walkthrough of your home using diagnostic tools—thermal imaging, moisture meters, and borescope views—to identify hotspots and ensure the environment is safe for our K9. After the walkthrough, our trained detection dog conducts a targeted mold sweep of all approved areas. Before leaving, we provide an on-site verbal summary of our findings and any immediate areas of concern.
4th Step
Receive Your Comprehensive Written Report
Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed written report outlining every inspected area, diagnostic readings, K9 indications, photos, and our professional recommendations. This report provides clear next steps whether you’re preparing for remediation, a real-estate transaction, or simply seeking peace of mind.
